2 years recovery from surgery: Rehab is going great, in the gym exercising my mind, body and soul for a more positive and righteous life to live. I haven't been writing or recording any music in a while, just focused on other areas of life & responsibilities at this time. Now I totally understand first hand what is meant by the balance of life!!
